Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skill3D at skill3d.work and app.skill3d.work. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Skill3D.

1. The service

Skill3D is an AI coach for real work. It sees your work through your camera, guides you step by step, verifies outcomes, and rewards verified work with $WORK from a revenue-derived pool. The AI provides guidance, not professional certification, and outputs can be wrong.

2. Safety comes first

• You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Gas, mains electricity, and structural work are hard stops. Where the coach escalates to a professional, follow that guidance.
• Never rely on the AI as the sole authority for work that could harm people or property. When in doubt, hire a qualified professional.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Skill3D. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Wallets created for you at sign-up are held by our authentication provider and are yours to export at any time.

4. Credits and payments

• Coaching sessions consume credits. Credit packs are purchased through our payment provider and are credited after the payment settles.
• Purchased balances sit on your own payment credential until used. Credits are not legal tender, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed.

5. Verification and $WORK rewards

• Milestones are awarded when our AI verifies a completed job. Verification decisions are made in good faith but are not guaranteed to be error-free.
• $WORK rewards are a share of a revenue-derived pool. They are variable, never guaranteed amounts, and never required to use the app.
• Attempting to game verification (staged outcomes, replayed footage, manipulated media) is grounds for forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
• Nothing in the service is financial, investment, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and may lose value.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Skill3D for unlawful work or to harm others;
• probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service;
• misrepresent verified work or resell access to the service.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of media you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service: streaming session media to our AI provider for live coaching and storing verification artefacts you generate. Sharing proof cards or before/after media is always your explicit choice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for outcomes of work you perform, or for loss of digital asset value. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
