Privacy Policy

Skill3D ("we", "us") is an AI coach that sees your work through your camera, guides you through it, and verifies the outcome. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to skill3d.work, app.skill3d.work, and the Skill3D application.

1. What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with email, passkey, or a wallet, our authentication provider (Dynamic) shares your email address and, if applicable, your public wallet address. We store these with your profile.
• Live session media. During a coaching session, camera frames and microphone audio stream to our AI provider (Google Gemini) in real time so the coach can see and hear your work. We do not record or store the live stream.
• Verification artefacts. When a job is verified, we store the smallest artefact that proves the outcome: the milestone record, XP awarded, and, where issued, a certificate document. We do not keep a surveillance feed.
• Chat and history. Text conversations with the coach are stored locally on your device. Deleting them in the app removes them from your device.
• Payments. Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider (Mag3nt) on payment credentials provisioned for you. We store credit balances and top-up records; we never see or store card numbers or private keys.

2. How we use it

• To provide real-time coaching, verification, and rewards.
• To maintain your profile, credit balance, milestones, and certificates.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse of verification and rewards.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your session media to train our own models.

3. Who processes your data

• Dynamic for sign-in and embedded wallets.
• Google Gemini for live vision and voice coaching.
• Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and our database.
• Mag3nt for payments.

Each provider processes only what it needs to perform its function.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep account data, milestones, and certificates while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, XP history, milestones, and certificates from our database and signs you out everywhere. It cannot be undone.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Session cookies are httpOnly. Payment card tokens are encrypted at rest. Wallet keys created for you are held by Dynamic using threshold cryptography and are yours to export.

7. Children

Skill3D is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new date at the top.
